warm breeze and mostly sunny the whole time i ran today. made it for a very enjoyable run. i started out too hard and ended up dying a bit near the end, but i held my composure together. the pain i was having in the right knee has switched to my left...i'm thinking it might me the shoes...also wore these during the marathon, so think it may be time to retire this pair.
