I was amazed that i ran a season best today. Wasn't expecting that at all. The first 100 meters was all wind then the rest was pretty calm and easy. I went out pretty hard i suppose and stuck with some Brunswick kids and let them pull me along for the first 2 laps. Then i started to work a little harder.
