a wonderful race. Same course as the Summer Solstice 5k. Really felt good through 1.5 miles. The flat industrial park is just annoying, but quite nice and quiet. I started to lose the guy in back of me at that point, and just kept on rolling. Jeff of course went on to win.
My mile splits really please me. The training i have been doing is really paying off and at this point i can't wait until i hit up the track for some real workouts with the guys.
