Rainy Day...
Felt good the first minute then my ankle was bothering me. I contimplated if i should take off my bandage to see how i feels but i didn't want to push it. So i continued on...Didn't work out.... 1/2 mile into the run, i tore the bandage off and stuffed it my pocket and trudge on. It felt much better being free, then bandaged up. I could have kept going if my outside hammies weren't soar and this cold wasn't lingering so long.
I think i'm gunna jump on the treadmill tomorrow for 30 min.
