i thought this was a very succesful workout today. Felt strong and confident, although they weren't easy it showed what kind of shape im in and that i can do these kinds of workouts without a problem.
The wind was a beast today. for the 1st and 3rd i ran into the wind, i went out slow pouposly hoping i would have eough and i did. 2nd and 4th were with the wind so that pushed me right along.
