Notes
a very good long run, wasn't feeling totally that great through the first 2 miles but i got into a groove and just sped right along. At mile 3 i did something really stupid and landed on the side of my ankle and rolled it pretty good. Now its kinda swollen and it hurts to walk on it quite a bit, im thinking tomorrow will be a day off due to this or something really easy like 4 or 5 miles.
The rest of the run it didn't hurt that much at all, but when i finally stopped and got on the elevator i noticed it much more. I think i just need a little rest, so i'll take tomorrow easy and go from there.
