took a few minutes after my tempo just to catch my breath and relax a bit. then took off. my legs felt kinda jellyish, i was tired none the less after that.
coming into the rec center i weighed myself at 150. I put down 151 because i don't know how much water i drank, and i'm sure i didn't have anything inside me.
I need to recovery better after something like that for over 2+ hours i had stomache and intestinal problems which was not fun.
