planned on a short track workout but i just couldn't get myself over there to run circles. opted for 1min fartleks. Came out to 11 of em. Legs tired from the first one but i held on fairly well for the whole thing. Sure isn't any speed in the legs. Lots of work ahead if i'm going to try and go sub 35 at B2B. This marathon business comes first i suppose.
