An ok tempo. Like I predicted. Yesterday i ran too hard so right out of the gate i was hurting. I woke up soar this morning and just knew it wasn't going to go as planned. I wanted to work from 9.7 to 10.4 the last mile. First two mile at 9.7 felt hard. Upped it a little the 3rd and again 4th and 5th. Suffer fest for sure. No music. Set the treadmill to 1% and just cranked. I guess that's the beauty of the beast.
