5mi w/u(34:44) nice and easy, right where i wanted it. 1mi(6:18), 1.5(9:09),1mi(6:02). 4mi cd (26:40) equal recoveries Happy with the workout. Fun to mix it up a bit and not just go bang out 15 miles with nothing different from mile to mile. Defiantly would do something similar to this again in the next month or so. I'd like to see what kind of results i get from it. Screwed up the garmin after the 1.5 repeat by jumping the gun and pressing the lap button too many times, thus ending the 'workout' so i had to restart it and just keep on going.
