ouch. Supposed to be easy long. First 12 with Mav. Hilly as all get up. Hr was wonky on the watch through 5mi than it seemed to settle a bit. Gel at 4mi, picky bar at 8mi, gel at 12mi, gel at 16mi. Suffered on this one real good. Will certainly make me stronger. Achilles held up good. Shoe choice was spot on. Good choice not to go with the Speeds this run.
