a pretty good. Run. Might have gone too hard, but i promise tomorrow will be an easy day, nice and relaxed.
My quads are still soar and im sure they will be worse tomorrow. Today i did a session of Px90 Abs and about 20 min or Yoga with Brittany. Good stuff. I hope to do the abs like twice a week at least during the summer, even if i have to borrow it from Brittany.
