scratch that about the achilles. didn't bother me during the workout at all...just had to warm them up i guess. nice headwind on 2, 4, and 6, but i still worked hard during those and didn't back down. all in all a good workout, legs a bit tired still from Sunday, but no real soreness anywhere...
