supposed to be 6x400 @65. got the first one, but i knew i wouldn't be able to do the rest. Just suffred and went a little bit slower, plus i didn't get full recovery with Riley nearly 3-4 seconds ahead of me each time. O well. Good workout. I want to work on my form during these which i think will help me relax a bit more.
