followed the road out further than i've ever been and had some nice fun. Felt good to go to a new place finally. Made it nearly to 4 miles but just a little short.
Legs were tired today. Not fully recovered or whatever, no fun at all. Still made it through. Shoulder didn't cramp like it has the past couple of days which was nice.
it was cool out which made it for a very enjoyable run for the most part. Only saw 2 cars which makes it all the better.
