Achilles was a little better with lift i put in the Asics Ds-Trainers. Better enough to run 90-100 minutes tomorrow? Idk, I think Ill try biking for 10 minutes in the morning than see how it feels after a few miles. Ill either run the 8 mile loop and add on, or the 10 mile loop, than add on. we'll just have to see.
