Totally unplanned tempo with Loki. Just felt great after the first mile, loki was pulling hard and we just kept going hard.
4mi in 23:37 5:55 avg. with 1 mile reoccovery in the middle 5 total: 30:07 6:02 avg
partial snow cover in a few spots, the last 1/4 mile i took a nice fall on my right side as i was making a right turn. Didn't hurt at all, but dam..wasn't expecting that. sort of a cool down afterwards.
