2mi warm up. 1 mile cool down. 3 miles of alternating 1/4 miles Fastish (10kish) pace ranged from 10.2-10.5 and moderate (30k/full pace) 9.4-9.6.
Blah. Took quite a while for my legs to actually feel decent. I just can't seem to get in a groove on the treadmill. Part of it's probably being up super early.
