fun stuff! even though the elevation profile doesn't show it, it was awesome run. Gary, Matt, Amanda, Ty and Peter and I all did two up and downs. getting the legs ready for boston, working out downhill muscles..good stuff..pace was slow, but a fast pace wasn't the point...went to morning glory for refueling post run. YUM!
