Sort of an in and out workout...Really warm so it didn't turn into anything spectacular..short too. My legs have been feeling dead this past week, and I think it's cumulative fatigue from racing the marathons the past 3 Months. This coming week I'm going to do a little running, but probably get a lot of biking in and see if that helps turn things around before the 50k.
