so todays planned workout was the folling
2 mile warm up
400 meter hill at 5:50 pace
800 meters at 5:30 pace
400 meter recovery
2 mile cool down
it sucked to the max. I was going to do buttermilk lane but i already knew i was gunna die by the time i hit it, so i just turned around and didn't want ot push it any harder then i had to. I was tired and pretty taken away.
