Fairly good run. Felt kinda tired, but that could be from taking it out to hard. Something i would like to work on for sure is holding back through the first couple of miles on longer runs especially. Yesterday i know i went out hard and did't allow myself to relax and just flow through the long run. I need to work on just running 10-12 miles real easy over the next month.
