20 minute warm up, 2x75sec, 6x45sec, 2min, 20 minute cooldown. The short stuff is definitely out of my comfort zone. Speed work does not come naturally to me. I've always been a grinder over longer intervals and slightly slower. Achilles pretty tight especially the first half. 1.7mi of work in 9min
