A VERY easy day with Alex. his knew was hurting him quite a bit so we took it real slow the first half mile and slowly picked it up. I can say that i really didn't enjoy it. Sadly ...I hope i don't do that again with alex. I like running a bit faster then i did today. I'm thinking of going 40 min by meself tomorrow little faster.
