Windy on the horse track. Had in mind do start off with a 1 mile repeat but after .25 it quickly turned into a plain jane 4x.5 mile workout with .25 recovery. Didn't feel fluid at all today..partly due to lack of running in sure, but also it was rough footing overall. Wish there was a track rather close to me.
