workout: 2 x 3.5 mile tempo's (goal for 6:05/mi avg pace) with 3/4 miles (around 5min)rest... Actual: 1st: 20:59 (6:00/mi avg pace), 2nd: 20:23 (5:50/mi avg pace) total: 7 miles in 41:22 (5:55/mi avg pace). Happy with the workout. Pleased that it went so well. Feeling ready for Boston. Just one race and one long run before some taper madness begins.
