good run. Felt really tired all day and was going to take a nap before heading out but i decided that probably wouldn't be to smart. Ill just go to bed earl tonight. 9pm.
Legs were tired as well. I think thats why my first 4 miles were kinda up and down and all around. I finally evened of the last couple of miles and was feeling pretty good.
sure felt colder then it was. Did some streching that i found on running times that says do 15 mintues after your done running. Legs feel better i can tell already.
