What a run. Supposed to be 15mi at Marathon pace effort but I was afraid something like last weekend would happen so I turned on the marathon effort after 8mi and rolled. Turned into a nice little progression until mile 18 where it got a bit hilly again on route 1 and I couldn't sustain the effort uphill. Regrouped the final couple miles. Hamstrings interestingly started to cramp and seize up just after 21.5mi. not enough electrolytes? There sore 8 hours later.
