the clock had me at 16:51, and i believe that's right but the course i think must have been a little short, but maybe not, everyone's GPS said something a little different.

felt good on the first mile. First half mile is flat/downhill then it leads right into a half mile of uphill where the first mile ends. second mile starts downhill and continues past the farm on a fairly flat/rolling hill road. the last mile has some nice hill in in and than a fast finish downhill in the parking lot of the Y.

First half mile people were with me and cursing right along. I put in another gear once we reached the hill and after that i was alone for the whole thing.

Need to get some faster workouts in if i want to run a faster 5k i think. I'm there for stamina, but the legs wont' turn over any faster.
