Notes
Went into the race with soar legs, much the same as last time i raced a 10k. A workout than racing two days later isn't smart. Probably didn't help that i didn't run yesterday either.
1st mile was short i'm pretty sure because my second mile wasn't that fast. went through 5k in 18:xx which is where i wanted to be. Thought about turning it into a tempo after that but i felt decent enough and just worked hard on the hills and flew on the flats.
Bunker went out in in 1st and i battled with this guy for 1.5mi than dropped him on a hill and made my way around.
With the downhill finish i managed to get a nice cramp, but still hung on for 2nd place.
