A blustury day out that. Ok...so accourding to me garmin i ran 6.62 and according to Runninahead i ran 6.82...whatever..Im sticking with the garm and and will hope its right.
so todays workout...WOW...thats all i have to say I have come a long way since two weeks ago when i was running 2 miles at a time. Good workout overall and really not to bad. I find that i need about 1.5 warmup to be ready for full steam, other then that i feel great. the Ankle is a little soar, but felt good.
