oh what you know, snow yet again! 5-8" expected today. Blustery winds..bah.
Did this: 5 miles easy (35:46, 7:10 pace), than alternated each mile with marathon pace and easy pace. Marathon pace section was (5 miles, 32:16, 628 pace), easy section was (3 miles, 21:02).
Wanted to switch it up a bit. I knew it was going to be boring, so I kept myself entertained while also getting in a really decent workout.
