Goal was to hit 5:10 to 5:15 pace. Some intervals felt smooth and good turnover while others were a little rougher. Still a little fatigued from Sunday. MAV would grab the harness bungee on some of the intervals and just light on to it and hang on while I tried to Sprint pretty hilarious.
