Reintroducing myself to putting in the work. New plan had 9x3min but that seemed super ambitious for threshold effort. 15 mins was a good balance of getting some work in and not going to far. Could have done 1 maybe 2 more but wasn't going to survive 4 more and be able to run tomorrow or walkaway uninured.
