Not having any recent race results, well accurate and fast, i'm not sure what's my LT but McMillan puts it at 6-6:15 based on the 5k i did and goal marathon pace..so there. Firrt mile at 9.7 felt hard but once i settled in it was fairly easy. second mile 9.8, 9.8, 9.9. Felt great at this point (mile 3.5 or so) so i figured bump it up again and go another mile. Finished the last mile at 6min pace. Maybe not quite on the faster extent of LT, but nonetheless a solid workout. After the 5k next weekend I can get a better idea of where i'm at. I feel further ahead in this cycle already compared to last winter, which is really exciting.
