It was four degrees outside so I opted for the treadmill. Three mile warm up followed by 6x4 minutes at threshold. Gold Pace was 554 but that felt a little ambitious for the first serious treadmill of the season. Kept the incline somewhere between 1:00 and 2% for all the repeats. Took a gel at the start and the gel about 30 minutes in. Watch reported heart rate and mileage. I feel like the mileage was off for sure given it's based on arm swing.
