Temp 40, DP 27, wind of 6 MPH from SW. Pollen of 7.4 (tree).

Did 2x1600, 2x800 in 6:24, 6:14, 3:02, 3:00. ~5 minute recovery after each 1600, ~2:30 recovery after 800s.

Worked with/trailed Dave, Alex F, and Damien. Breathing a bit tight due to pollen (I think) but this was still a good workout. I'm progressing.

We had the option of up to four 800s, but given how my breathing felt, I thought two was enough.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and vanilla GUs - sat well.

Breathing was Breo, Qvar, 2 puffs of rescue in morning, 1 puff before workout, 1 puff after first 1600. Breathing better by end. I'm due for my next Xolair next week and that should help.

Wore long sleeve and shorts - was right for the conditions. Wore ankle braces - L/R balance at 48.1/51.9.
