Temp 37, DP 31, wind of 5 mph from SW
Soloed a 6400m tempo in 28:05, split as 7:08/7:05/6:59/6:53. Jogged two lap and then did 2x200 in 48 seconds each.
Rolled into the tempo right from the warm-up, and it certainly made the first mile easier.
Overall I felt good about this, especially for the first continuous tempo since Chicago.
L/R balance was 47.5/52.5
Breakfast was rice, cereal, Razz clif gel - sat well.
Wore tights and heavy longsleeve. Probably would have been better off with light tights.
