Temp 40, DP 29; wind of 6 mph from west.
From home, took Custis to W&OD to Oak Street and back before looping around school. Drills and 2 hill strides after.
L/R balance at 49/51.
Took 1 tab Rytary at 5 am - felt good.
Wore tights and heavy longsleeve - slightly cold at times.
