Dewpoint of 64. Used Pepto before; 1st puff of inhaler before started to run; 2nd between easy jog and strides. Workout went decently, in large part because I had no expectations, and ran very carefully. Tried to negative split each 800m
Splits were 3:06, 3:00, 3:01, 3:01, 3:00, and 2:57. I had a lot more in me (had hoped to do two more), and felt like I was being way too cautious once again in holding back, but listened to the coach.
HRM says max of 205, but I find that hard to believe.
