At Mint; incline of 2.0 unless otherwise noted. Workout felt good, and hit exactly the right level of intensity.
Tempo with surges: Workout was: .25 easy (6.5 mph, 9:12 pace); .25 at 6:40 pace (9 mph), and then 1.5 miles generally at 8.8 mph (6:49 pace), but with a surge to 10.0 mph (5:40 pace) for .1 each half mile.
Warm-up fartlek was .1 on, .2 off, at 9.0, 9.5, 9.8, 10.0, 2x10.5, 2x11.0, 2x11.5, and 12.0
SInglair and Zyrtek the night before; no inhaler. Breathing felt OK; GI troubles due to sportbeans that I took before workout.
