Notes
Temp 72, DP 68. Was going for a 4 mile tempo on the track. but pulled the plug with a bit over 3 laps to go. Splits were 6:37, 6:34, 6:37, and then 1:52 for last bit. Worked with Dan and Seamus for most of it.
Was straining, and also just wasn't focusing very well - I'm out of shape mentally and physically, and also stressed with work. Mentally, would have been better to finish it; physically, dropping was the right call.
. Stomach also very off before - really need to get better about what I eat the day before.
Breathing was OK - Advair 250/50 and Qvar
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and vanilla and smores GUs.
