Temp 43, DP 41, no wind. Just an awesome morning.
Went to Hains and ran a 4 mile tempo in 26:25 (6:42/6:38/6:35/6:30). Took full recovery then did 10 sets of 30 seconds hard, 60 seconds jog to get some turnover. (plus a false start to the 30 second reps since I didn't prompt the workout on the watch)
Tempo felt great aerobically, but was mentally challenging (I haven't tempoed that long in many months).
Pretty happy with this one.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar and 1 puff of inhaler - breathing good.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and vanilla GUs, and cherry shot blok. Sat well.
Wore ankle sleeves and taped right ankle.
Stryd calibrated at 101.6
L/R balance good during tempo; off at other times.
