Temp and DP of 39. Hills on Iwo Jima. Was a bit tentative, since I didn't know how I would feel, so played by feel, shooting for no more than 4-6. Felt actually pretty good. Legs were fresh, but my stamina was still lacking - I'm better, but not 100%. I did 6, but called it there. Jogged home with Katie to Logan, and then to gym.

Followed with injury prevention work at gym, including squats (2x8 at 125, 155) and good mornings (2x10 at 105).
