Did 8 Iwo Jima hill repeats, pausing for a 30 second timed water break after every 2 laps.
These went very well - felt strong and controlled. I was a bit careful about the effort (and also the water stops) though that may have been unnecessary - it wasn't THAT bad out. Honestly, better weather than my race on Wednesday night.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs rescue before start.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores, Lemonade, and salted caramel GUs - sat well.
