Temp 64 DP 59, wind of 17 MPH from south, pollen of 7.1.
Did a 1600 on the track, aiming for somewhere between half-marathon and 10 miler effort. Hit 6:15, which was a surprise - 94 seconds per lap felt very comfortable. This was probably closer to 10 mile race pace, if not a touch faster. We shall see.
No caffeine pre-run. Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and smores GU. Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 3 puffs of rescue since I felt a bit tight on the warm-up.
