On treadmill with Stryd (calibrated at 101.2)
Workout was alternating 2 short hills and a 10 minute tempo, with 2:30 recovery after each.
The short hills were 70 seconds at a 4.5 incline and 8.7 MPH
The first tempo was at 8.9 MPH for the first 30 seconds, then up to 9.0 MPH; the second tempo was mostly at 9.0 MPH, but 9.1 MPH for the final 2 minutes. Incline of 1.0
Recoveries were 6.9 MPH and 1.0 incline.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and smores and salted watermelon GUs - sat well
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing good.
