Temp 47, DP 43, wind from north at 5 mph; pollen of 9.3

My original plan had been to do either 3200, 1600 or 2x3200 at tempo today, and then Iwo Jima hills on Sunday.

For reasons I'm not quite clear on, the workout on the Friday after a 10 Miler is now 2x1600 instead of tempo intervals. So I did the two in 6:46 and 6:42 (about a 5 minute jog after each) and then headed over to Stafford Hill to do four hill repeats (1:41, 1:43, 1:42, 1:37). I'll skip Iwo Jima on Sunday and do a long run instead.

I really should have slept in and either done 2x3200 at Yorktown or gone to Iwo Jima. Noted for next time.

L/R balance at 49.4/50.6 for the track and 48.9/51.1 for the hills.

Breakfast was rice, cereal, razz and vanlla clif gels - sat well.

Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing good.

Wore longsleeve and tights - shorts would have been better.
