Notes
Temp and DP 73. Did pyramid workout (my favorite) of 400/800/1200/1600/1200/800/400, with half distance recoveries. Splits were 1:37, 3:05, 4:40, 6:13, 4:35, 3:01, 1:25. Worked with Melissa, Greg, and Taylor, trailing Dan, Kelly, Heather, and Juan by a few seconds.
I'm pretty happy with this workout. Just the right effort level, and I actually hit the splits I'm supposed to be running despite the lousy weather.
One puff Foradil in morning, 4 puffs of Albuterol right before workout. Pollen made this one tough.
