60 degrees, DP of 59. Awesome weather (except for the Ragweed)
Workout was 400, 800, 1200, 1600, 1200, 800, 400, with half-distance recoveries. Ran 92, 3:02, 4:36, 6:03, 4:29, 2:54, and 82. Pretty happy with this, especially from the 1600 onwards.
As per normal during allergies season, I felt really sluggish at first and it took me forever to get rolling, but then I felt better once I did. Legs quite tired at end.
2 puffs of inhaler before workout, plus shot of Pepto.
Injury prevention work after, including 3x8 squats at 95, 110, 120, and 2x10 good mornings at 85.
